Please Note: In order to receive your refund, you must first email us using the ? Help button in the lower right hand corner of the page. We will give you instructions on how to return your order. Be sure to include you order number or the email address you used when placing the order.
All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you try any of our products and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less shipping and handling charges, and a 10% restocking fee.
Nashco Products, LLC must receive all returns within 30 days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; unless an item is damaged, in which case please see "Defective Items" below. Nashco Products, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number or requiring the receiver to sign for the package to ensure delivery. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label, deducting the shipping cost from your refund.
All returns are usually processed within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
If a package was shipped and the delivery is refused, the shipping cost for the package to be shipped back to Nashco Products, LLC will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you believe the item you received is defective, before you return the item, you MUST contact us using the ? Help button in the lower right hand corner of the page Be sure to include you order number or the email address you used when placing the order. DO NOT return the item and request a refund for the return shipping charges as none will be issued. If you have had your item longer than 30 days and it becomes defective you must contact the manufacturer directly.
